1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions. These definitions apply throughout the document.

• "Platform" means the bppvip website, mobile site and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who holds a registered account with bppvip.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial bet placed on the platform.
• "Bonus" means the welcome bonus, cashback or other promotional benefits offered by bppvip.
• "Wagering" means the condition requiring a specified amount to be bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Balance" means the total amount of deposited funds and winnings held in a user's account.

All monetary amounts mentioned in this document are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to create an account and use the bppvip platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are operating the account in your own name and for your own personal use.
• You have not previously had an account cancelled or banned by bppvip.
• You will not use the platform through any professional or automated means.

3 Account Registration

Membership at bppvip is free. However, you must provide accurate and complete information at the time of account registration.

3.1 Registration Conditions

• Each person may open one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided must be true, accurate and up to date.
• Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately via live chat.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bppvip reserves the right to verify a user's identity. Prior to making a withdrawal request, or when a certain amount is exceeded, we may request the following documents:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A screenshot proving ownership of the payment method used.
• Proof of address if required.

Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bppvip supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
• Funds deposited into the account may only be used for betting and gaming.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. In case of technical issues, please contact our support team.
• Deposits from mobile banking accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Active bonus wagering conditions must be met before making a withdrawal request.
• In the case of unusual transactions, bppvip reserves the right to delay a withdrawal until an additional verification process is completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bppvip offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. The following conditions apply to the use of bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount (wagering: 20x).
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Example: A deposit of ৳26,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and the total balance will be ৳41,000.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

The bppvip VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• bppvip reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on bppvip are governed by the following general rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was incorrectly registered due to a system error.
• bppvip reserves the right to cancel bets placed on odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the funds for the related bet will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All sports bets will be settled based on the official results of the relevant sporting body.
• bppvip's decision on accepting new bets after a match has started is final.
• Odds in live betting may change based on real-time information.

6.3 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated by third-party game provider software and their rules apply.
• In games operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, each round is independent and free from previous results.
• In the event of a disconnection, the game result stored on the server will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bppvip platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or money laundering.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Exploiting game errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another user's account credentials or attempting to hack accounts.
• Harassing or causing harm to other users through the platform.
• Selling, transferring or renting an account to a third party.
• Attempting to bypass the identity verification process by providing false information.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

bppvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to provide identity verification (KYC) documents or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (no login for 12 months or more).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

If an account is closed and a valid balance exists with no evidence of fraud, the process of returning those funds will be initiated.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

bppvip gives the highest priority to the privacy of users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

• Users' personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Personal information is not disclosed except where required by legal obligation or for security reasons.

10 Limitation of Liability

bppvip accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Gaming disruptions caused by the user's internet connection being lost.
• Any errors or failures in third-party game software.
• Account information falling into another person's hands due to the user's own carelessness or negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives).

bppvip makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform under all circumstances and is committed to ensuring the highest level of protection for its users.

11 Changes and Amendments

bppvip reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• The revised terms will be published on the platform and will take effect from the date of publication.
• For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members via email.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree to any changes, you may request the support team to close your account.
